And I was interviewing a bunch of people about what they think is sexy and one of the people on my list is P. Diddy. Do you guys know who he is? Meryl Streep: Oh yeah. JS: So I’ve got Diddy on the phone and there’s a list of set questions I had to ask everybody and he was the last person on my list. The first question is ‘What is a guarantee turn on for you, what always works?’. And most people, because it was InStyle, said ‘A good conversation’ or ‘Intelligence’ and Diddy said ‘Porn’. MS: Oh. JS: And I said, ‘Oh porn, well sure porn, but it’s for InStyle and maybe you want to say candles or something’. MS: Yeah. (laughing) JS: And he said ‘No, no, no, porn - I like to turn it on, keep it on in the background…’ And I said ‘Great, great, great.’ Question two ‘What do you have on your bedside table?’. And he said ‘the bible’. MS: Sure. JS: And that made perfect sense to me, because who doesn’t like to have a bible handy when they’re watching a little porn? MS: (laughing) JS: And the third question he like this (snapping fingers), he didn’t hesitate for a second - and I said ‘Who do you find really sexy that we might not expect?’. And he said ‘Meryl Streep!’. MS: (laughing) Oh those were those early films I didn’t tell you about! JS: You wait, it gets better. I said ‘Meryl Streep, I love Meryl Streep, too. Do you have a favorite Meryl Streep movie?’. And he said ‘The Bridges of Madison County’. MS: Ohhhhh. JS: Swear hand to God! MS: Wow! JS: So my last question to you is: Can you ever know the reach that you have? Do you ever have a sense of how many people know you and celebrate you and love you?
